Things to take from the video:
1) The VCSA can answer well both general and specific questions.
2) The more context and details the user provides, the more sophisticated and accurate answers he/she receives.
3) The dialogue between the user and the VCSA can flow naturally, very much in the same way as a dialogue between two people.
