Be Customer Smart was founded in 2016 as a provider of AI Optimised Customer Experience Management Solutions, aimed at helping businesses prioritise and realign their resources by measuring the impact of each operational KPI on performance and customer loyalty. 

 

The company has worked with various business organisations, including telecom providers, a retail chain in Finland, MSC Cruise Lines, a major media group in Finland, a national bank in Asia, a luxury resort in Oman, and more.

 

With advancements in AI, the initial concept has evolved into the current product - The BCS-A (Bespoke Customer Service Assistant/Agent), specifically designed for the luxury hospitality industry.

 

The BCS-A is an AI-driven Customer Experience Solution capable of managing customer inquiries and providing customer support and information in over 100 languages across multiple electronic channels, including websites, WhatApp, Facebook and Instagram messengers, and emails. The BCS-A can be trained on any of the available LLMs (Large Language Models) including the Chinese LLM - DeepSeek.

When needed, the BCS-A can also make bookings and update reservation information. Generally, it autonomously handles more than 70% of transactions from start to finish, greatly reducing the workload of hospitality employees involved in client communication.
